Nwando Oranye joined BWIH as Director of Finance Operations in November 2024, bringing over 20 years of expertise across public practice, nonprofit organizations, government, and the health sector. She has held various finance and leadership roles in both Canada and Australia. She holds multiple credentials, including CPA Ontario, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), ACCA, BSc (Hon), and BAcc. Known for her results-driven approach, Nwando excels in ensuring high standards of financial accountability, identifying systems improvements, optimizing business processes, and executing financial strategies. She is highly skilled in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
