Ibadho Ali is a Program Manager and Community Engagement Lead at the Black Women’s Institute for Health (BWIH), where she leads the design and implementation of culturally grounded programs supporting Black women, mothers, and youth across Canada. With a background in neuroscience and public health–informed community work, Ibadho is passionate about addressing systemic inequities in healthcare and social systems. She brings extensive experience in program design, partnership development, and community engagement, and is committed to building spaces rooted in care, accountability, and collective healing.
