Colleen brings over 10 years of experience working in social services, education and program management. Colleen holds a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from McMaster University along with a Masters of Education, specializing in Social Justice Education, from the University of Toronto (OISE). Starting her career working in the shelter system in both administrative and program management roles she continued to grow in the non profit field working in a project management capacity within the education industry. Colleen comes with a vast set of skills developing and management major programs and is dedicated to advocating for Black women and providing optimal support, ensuring all programs are serving vulnerable communities in need.
