Adna Abdulkadir

Adna is a dedicated Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) practitioner at WSIB, where she leads enterprise-wide inclusion programs and equity-driven initiatives that support a more inclusive, accessible, and representative workplace. Adna is a CHRL candidate with a degree in Psychology, minor in Religion and Culture, and continued studies in Human Resources. As a Black professional, Adna brings lived experience to conversations about leadership, representation, and belonging alongside a clear-eyed understanding of how systems operate and who they were built for. Her work includes advancing inclusive hiring practices, supporting Black emerging talent, championing equity-deserving communities, and challenging performative approaches to equity in favour of sustained, community-informed impact.
