Rooted & Rising brings together Black women who are brilliant and ready for more. It is where we grow, shoulder to shoulder, anchored in trust, community, and the deep knowing that we are not meant to journey alone.
This is not mentorship in the traditional sense.
It is about building social capital, the kind of connection and collective strength that opens doors, sustains careers, and nurtures our wellbeing.
